I offer different classes to strengthen your freedive specific muscles (bi-fins, monofin, no-fins). As a PADI Divemaster and AIDA 3* freediver, I love helping other divers to bring inner peace underwater. I am the co-founder of French Buddies with the AIDA Freediving Instructor Matthieu Arquey.
